JD Laser compliments its laser services with secondary fabrication processing.

We house (3) Cincinnati brake presses – up to 220 tons and 12′ beds.

EMK M2 Amada Turret Punch Press – 5′ x 10′ bed size

Six weld cells – Mig & Tig of all materials.

Three robotic weld cells.

Six saws – Marvel CNC band saw, cold saws, vertical band saw, and cold saws with auto-feed.

Sheet metal roller – up to 3/16″ thick mild steel – 48″ wide.

Pem/Hardware installation equipment.
